Highly recommend !! Staying at this wonderful hotel in Istanbul for 3 nights was an unforgettable experience. A warm hospitality , it truly felt like a home . And impeccable service made every moment special. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul. Location: near to taksim (2min) and Istanbul’s major attractions. Transport: easy access to metro , bus ,taxi …. Reception: the hotel staff went to make my stay comfortable (24h/24) Safety ,security and hygiene. And i can’t finish without talking about a special person : Majed . I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to him for ensuring my stay was exceptional . He truly made a difference in my experience.

We loved how readily available the staff was to help and how nice they were. We appreciated their willingness to work above and beyond our language barriers and even when we had a small emergency and needed to go to the hospital, they were able to assist and get us there within mins. They organized our shuttle services to and from the airport and our PCR tests where the nurse came to our home and took care of everything within a few hours. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back on our next tour.

Nice location, great people and nice rooms! The heater stopped working and we got upgraded to a even better room immediately! Good service 👍😄 also liked the workout room, sauna and pool

We spent a beautiful week on that hotel Very convenient, comfortable, safe, clean. Excellent location close to main station, market and restaurants. special thanks to mr. Majed to make our stay so comfortable and give us a lot of informations to visit places and help us with all what we need

HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY PRIME ITS JUST 2 MINUTES WALK FROM ISTIKLAL STREET AND THEY HAVE BEST STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND THEY SERVE VERY GOOD BREAKFAST AND FINALLY THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN WITH HUGE ROOMS.
