The accommodation at the hotel was pleasant. Although we probably had a smaller room in the end, it didn’t matter. The housekeeping services were exceptional, and the breakfast was great too! We stayed at the hotel for four nights, so we appreciated the variety in the breakfast offer.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days with my mother. The staff was extremly friendly and there was 2 security people 24/7 hours just for the safety. Our room get cleaned, coffee cups got changed every morning. I would like to thank to the cleaner lady Dilan Akguc who knocked our door every morning asked if we needed anything. I think it is highly important for hotels to have friendly and welcoming staff members so that visitors consider to choose the same hotel for their next travel. There are lots of hotels in Istanbul, but we will choose this hotel again for our next travel (December) just for the welcoming staff and atmosphere. Also, breakfast was exceptional. We were delightful to taste diverse turkish meals and sweets.

Firstly the best aspect of Mia Pera Hotel is the reception and cleaning staff. Below reception staff I rate fantastic and surely they are a great asset to the hotel Elena- Fantastic with cheerful smile and great attitude to help LuL- Very patient and helpful and always willing to help. Alaina- Professional & Helpful with cheerful smile. There was other girl with LUL (apologies can't remeber the name). You were very helpful and very supportive in resolving issues. The cleaning lady (unfortunately I cannot remember name) was excellent and helped making our special day memorable with good decoration. The location is fantastic, lively and rooms are also clean and fair sized. Facilities in the room are also excellent. Wifi was superb. Breakfast was reasonable. Easy access to Istiklal street and felt very safe with security at the door always active. I definitely recommend this hotel. Note: I am only giving 9/10 just because swimming pool was not available.

Front Reception Desk person Mr Majid was very helpful and always available to assist. I have walk-in to this hotel to check the rooms before making the booking he was so kind he show me all the rooms after that I made the booking and now every year I stay for a month Just because of Majid he was so kind who help me in finding the best Gem on main taksim.

Highly recommend !! Staying at this wonderful hotel in Istanbul for 3 nights was an unforgettable experience. A warm hospitality , it truly felt like a home . And impeccable service made every moment special. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul. Location: near to taksim (2min) and Istanbul’s major attractions. Transport: easy access to metro , bus ,taxi …. Reception: the hotel staff went to make my stay comfortable (24h/24) Safety ,security and hygiene. And i can’t finish without talking about a special person : Majed . I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to him for ensuring my stay was exceptional . He truly made a difference in my experience.

Great location and helpful staff. It's a very short stroll to some great shops, restaurants and bars and only about ten minutes from the nearest Metro station.

Loved the location as its close to taksim. Have amazing views of the front street. The duplex room was spacious with a nice balcony. The swimming pool was amazing

Location is great just a few minutes from Istiklal street. The staff at the reception were great and very understanding especially Mr. Majed,was super attentive, he helped is in checking in, took care of our needs and made us very comfortable. Highly recommended

The hotel is close to restaurants,shops and public transportation. It was clean and comfortable.

It was nice and clean the staff was also very supportive and respectful especially Mr Majied the receptionist he was absolutely good and helpful person I hope to see you soon when we are back in Istanbul
